Ultrasonic Parts Cleaning Steps
Ultrasonic parts cleaning steps are as follows:
- First, pour clean water into the inner tank, add a cleaning agent, then add water to the max. level.
- Put your parts in the cleaning basket, then place the basket in the cleaning liquid, avoiding liquid overflow.
- Set the temperature between 50⁰C-80⁰C, set the time between 10-30 mins, then start the device.
- After cleaning completion, take out the cleaning basket, and check cleanliness (Note: the parts are very hot).
- If cleanliness is up to standard, dry the parts; otherwise, re-clean them in the ultrasonic bath.
- Rinse the parts with distilled or deionized water, and remove the residue on the part surface.
- You can add a suitable rust inhibitor in the cleaning solution, to prevent parts from rusting.

- Avoid Surface Cavitation
For some high-precision parts, please avoid low-frequency ultrasonic cleaning, which may cause pitting on the part surface.
