What is Dynamic Checkweigher?
A dynamic checkweigher weighs each item passing through the production line, classifies each passing product according to the preset weight zone, and then releases or rejects the product based on the weighing results.
Simply put, checkweighers weigh, sort, and separate products.
Working Principle
Please refer to the photo below to better understand the working principle of the in-motion checkweigher.
The product passes through the infeed conveyor first, conveying a single product at a time within a specific time interval.
Then, the product forwards to the scale conveyor and presses the load cell sensor, completing the product checkweighing.
Load Cell Sensor
Last, the weighed product comes to the outfeed conveyor, and the rejector discharges the overweight/underweight product from the conveyor.

CW120: ≤100g
CW120 usually adopts an air jet rejector, it’s suitable for small sachet checkweighing, such as:

CW150: ≤200g
The belt width & length of CW150 are 150mm & 300mm respectively, its max. weighing range is 200g, and its compatible max. product size is L150mm × W120mm.
It is also suitable for checkweighing products packaged in small sachets and cartons.

CW200: ≤1Kg
CW200 is suitable for products whose weight is ≤1000g and the product package length and width are less than 300mm and 180mm respectively.

The belt width and length of this model are 210mm and 400mm respectively, and the maximum speed is 160 times per minute.
CW300: ≤3Kg
If your product weighs less than or equal to 3000g, we recommend you choose CW300 for check weighing.
Its belt length and width are 450mm and 300mm respectively, and the fastest speed can reach 80 checks per minute.
CW400: ≤20Kg
CW400 targets products whose weight is ≥3kg and ≤20kg.

With a 620mm long x 400mm wide belt, it can detect items with a length less than 500mm and a width less than 350mm, and its checking speed can also reach 60 times per minute.
CW500 & CW600: ≤40Kg
Both CW500 & CW600 are suitable for products weighing between 20 and 40kg.
