SiroSilo recently released its upgraded straight tuck end carton erector, replacing the previous all-button model without touchscreen control, integrating a safety cover, and adding a dedicated design to improve carton-forming success rate.

With this small folding carton erector, it can erect the 1,000-2,000 boxes he needs every day in two to three hours (including size changeovers).

Overview

Such an intermittent tuck end carton erector automatically shapes the straight tuck end box blank first, then folds its bottom dust flaps, and lastly closes its bottom closure panel, as shown in the photo below:

The formed box flipping function is optional.

In addition, when we tested Mr. Bob’s two size boxes of 64.6 x 64.6 x 63.5mm and 72.6 x 72.6 x 80mm, these boxes would lift during framing, causing the tuck flap insertion to fail.

Therefore, we added a pneumatically controlled top pressure plate to the carton framing device.

With this dedicated design, the tuck flap insertion effect gets much better.
