Bliss Box
A bliss box is a shipping/display packaging box made of two to three die-cut corrugated cardboard sheets. The box body wrap and end panels are glued together using hot melt adhesive, cold adhesive, or a combination of both. H-divider can also be added in the middle.
This box offers flexible structural design; the box body wrap or end panels can use cardboard of different strengths and corrugation types. It has higher compressive strength than other packaging boxes (such as RSC), saves more material, and is adaptable to various sealing or closure choices.
This sturdy and durable packaging box is commonly suitable for display cases or agricultural product packaging.
Bliss Former
There are two common types of bliss box formers: two-piece and three-piece. The three-piece type is generally more popular.
The three-piece bliss box former first takes out the body wrap blank, applies adhesive, and stamps and folds it to form the bottom, front, and back of the bliss box.
Then, two smaller end panels are fed between the box front and back panels to form the sides of the box. These two end panels are then glued to the box front and back panels.
