Intermittent Tuck End Carton Erector

Such an intermittent tuck end carton erector automatically shapes the straight tuck end box blank first, then folds its bottom dust flaps, and lastly closes its bottom closure panel, as shown in the photo below:

In addition, when we tested Mr. Bob’s two size boxes of 64.6 x 64.6 x 63.5mm and 72.6 x 72.6 x 80mm, these boxes would lift during framing, causing the tuck flap insertion to fail.

Therefore, we added a pneumatically controlled top pressure plate to the carton framing device.

With this dedicated design, the tuck flap insertion effect gets much better.
