Straight Tuck End Carton Erector

A straight tuck end carton erector automatically shapes the straight tuck end box blank, folds its bottom dust flaps, and closes its bottom closure panel, as shown in the photo below:

In addition, when we tested Mr. Bob’s two size boxes of 64.6 x 64.6 x 63.5mm and 72.6 x 72.6 x 80mm, these boxes would lift during framing, causing the tuck flap insertion to fail.

Therefore, we added a pneumatically controlled top pressure plate to the carton framing device.

With this dedicated design, the tuck flap insertion effect gets much better.
